Buy someone's coffee. It's just coffee -- no one needs coffee, so this doesn't really matter, right? But what if you knew that a $2 cup of caffeine could change someone's day, week or their whole perspective? Boom: That cup of coffee just changed the world. Welcome to the Random Acts of Kindness movement, where nice things happen just because nice people do them. You don't have to, you don't necessarily need to, but you can -- and it restores people's faith in humanity. The best part? They pass it on.
2. Smile.微笑 ... with eye contact. In a world where smart phones rule and it's not just possible, but normal, to have entire conversations without ever looking someone in the eye, it can be heart-stopping, wonderful and double-take-worthy to lock eyes with someone grinning. Happiness is contagious, and it only takes a couple facial muscles to spread it.
3. Give what you can. You clean out your closets, right? Perfect. You don't need a half a million dollar check written out to your charity of choice to help someone (kudos to you if you do, though!). Maybe you have a few shirts you don't wear anymore or a few children's books you can

There’s a lot that first-time job seekers bring to the table. They’re often eager and enthusiastic, technologically-savvy and up-to-date on the latest skills and trends in their desired field.
Yet there is still a lot that new job seekers have to learn when it comes to mastering the job search.
Here, experts weigh in on 10 mistakes many first-time job seekers make and how these errors can be avoided:
1. Putting too much weight on their GPA过于看重自己的平均成绩GPA
”[A mistake first-time job seekers make is] believing that high academics is the most important factor in finding a job,” says Stephanie Kinkaid, program coordinator for the Wackerle Career and Leadership Center at Monmouth College in Monmouth, Ill. “Graduates need leadership qualities and the ability to articulate how those experiences have created a well-rounded individual.”“初次求职者都会犯的错误是认为高学历才是找到工作的利器,把学历看成是最重要的因素,”蒙茅斯学院瓦克勒职业和领导中心职业规划人斯蒂芬妮-金凯德说。
2. Not doing enough research

[English]
She's a little heavy。
委婉的说法是the people living under welfare,复杂是复杂一点,但还是不应嫌麻烦。
The dress fits you very well,就等于是在说你的眼睛不老实。 The dress fits you very well呢?
后来,我也碰过几次类似的场合,每次那句“Don't fuck up my stuff on the [FS:PAGE]desk”都到了舌边,又被我压了回去,因为我不敢,怕掌握不了分寸;我只敢在出门时, 恶狠狠地slamed the fucking door,呵呵。

Body language is extremely important when it comes to making good first impressions. It's always helpful to know what body cues show you in a positive light, especially during interviews or networking when you're meeting someone for the first time. It can make a difference and even make you more likeable. Keep these tips in mind when you're interacting with another person:如果你想要创造良好的第一印象,肢体语言的作用极为重要。
• Smile slowly. If you're too quick to come to a smile or drop one, your expression may not look genuine. Real smiles happen gradually, but remember not to do it too slowly because it can also look creepy. Do your best to mimic a natural smile by practicing in the mirror.
• Speak in a deeper voice. When you're nervous or excited, your voice may come out in a higher pitch. Take a deep breath and lower your pitch, because a deeper voice is considered to have more authority and confidence. In fact, even dogs respond better to deeper voices when you are trying to give them a command.

You already know that you should wake up early to become more productive, and perhaps you have also heard that you shouldn’t check your email first thing in the morning. While this advice is good and well-documented, there is also another kind of productivity advice that is as effective as well. Even if the tips are less-known and somewhat counter-intuitive, you just have to give them a try and see how they work for you.
1. Work when there is a distraction around1.
Your environment doesn’t have to be 100% quiet if you want to get work done. Let’s say that you are working from home and you have kids. Let’s also assume that you don’t have a dedicated workspace in your home to do your work. Naturally, you could decide to do work during the quiet hours (before the rest of the family wakes up), but not all of the tasks have to be done then.
