主要的问题出在信息内容部分的sectionInfoArr，实在不知道内容部分的数组该如何写．
是用php写的
返回的结果是

调用方法 addContentInfo
参数说明：
类型 参数名称
ClientInfo clientInfo 客户信息
ContentInfo contentInfo 信息内容
String thirdParterID ID
ClientInfo 客户端信息，用于客户端认证。
属性类型 属性名称 描述
String userName 用户名称：必填
String password 用户密码：必填
ContentInfo
属性类型 名称
string title 标题
ArrayOfSectionInfoHolder sectionInfoArr 包含文本内容和图片信息的对象
ArrayOfSectionInfoHolder 保存一个ContentSectionInfo数组
