ICSPS is an annual international forum for state-of-the-art research in Signal Processing Systems.
2010 the 2nd International Conference on Signal Processing Systems (ICSPS 2010) will be held in Dalian, China during July 5-7, 2010. ICSPS 2010 is co-sponsored by the Dalian University of Technology, International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT), and IEEE Nanjing Section. It is one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of Signal Processing Systems. It also serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in improving Signal Processing Systems related techniques.
All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.
All the registered papers will be published into conference proceedings and distributed at the conference. All accepted papers will also be published in the conference proceeding by IEEE, which will be included in the IEEE Xplore, and indexed by the Ei Compendex and Thomson ISI (ISTP). A selection of the best papers will be invited for a special issue in a mainstream journal.
ICSPS 2010 includes also plenary invited presentations by experts from academia and industry.
