我已经在环境变量里加了tools.jar了怎么还出现这个问题呢？是在“我的电脑”下加吗？
是不是因为我的版本不对呢，我的是axis1.4，tomcat5.5，郁闷死了，网上艘了好久还是没有解决，怎么办呢
