2011 The 2nd International Conference on Data Storage and Data Engineering (DSDE 2011) will be held in Xi'an, China during May 13-15, 2011. The aim objective of DSDE 2011 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Data Storage and Engineering. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.
Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the Conference.

All accepted papers of DSDE 2011 will be published into the conference proceeding by IEEE Press, which will be included in IEEE Xplore, and submitted to the Thomson ISI, Ei Compendex, and INSPEC for indexing.

June 10, 2010 News! DSDE 2010 has been indexed by Ei Compendex, only three months after the conference.

鉴于收到大量作者要求延迟DSDE 2011投稿时间的请求，经2011年第二届IEEE数据存储与数据工程国际会议(DSDE2011)组委会讨论协商，为方便大家投稿，同意适当延迟投稿时间，并作出如下调整。

1、投稿时间延迟至3月28日(星期一晚上24：00之前)。

2、延迟收稿不影响3月18日之前的投稿。3月18日之前的投稿，将如期在3月28日左右通知录用结果。

3、对于3月19-28日期间收到的投稿，录用通知将延迟至4月2日左右发布。

4、（重要）注册截至日期为4月8日，不再延迟。请注意，4月2日收到录用通知的作者，仅有5天时间完成注册及论文最终版修改。
